In the first instance we will always attempt to resolve issues remotely. This means that the vast majority of problems are solved immediately after we receive the call or email.

David has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years with his primary background coming from working at Lincolnshire Police, the role enabled him to work in a professional, secure environment where the high technology needs of the police force were always being pushed. Since then David's completed over 50 migrations of varying degree with his main focus at F5 being projects and third line support. David strives to ensure F5 Computing provide the best IT support in the area!
In 2023 Chris joined the F5 team, Chris previously ran a sucessfull IT company and has merged his clientbase with F5. Chris brings a wide array of knowledge to the team, enabling additional third line support. Chris specialises in networking and communication, being a certified Ubiquiti Engineer and a 3CX Telephony partner enables him to bolster the F5 team with advanced networking knowledge.
Shaun started his career as an IT manager in a large medical practice with a focus on corporate networks, secure environments and great procedures. After this he moved into a further education role, teaching practical, hardware and networking subjects up to degree level.
With over 22 years experience, 10 of those at F5 Computing. Shaun is able to support our customers in a wide range of technicalities, with a specific interest in networking and firewalls.
As well as five years of experience in IT support, Matthew has over seven years of experience in Customer Service and Support, solving problems for a wide variety of customers from many sectors. He has also worked in administrative roles for the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office and has extensive experience with information security and data protection in the most secure of environments. He is certified in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
Wiktor has worked in IT for over 7 years, managing various versions of Windows Server and working with Microsoft 365 products. He came from both the education and business sectors, managing a variety of clients and providing a high level of support as an IT engineer. With Wiktor’s broad expertise, he is looking to provide an excellent service to our clients.
Stefan brings over seven years of diverse experience in the IT industry, ranging from resolving hardware and printer issues to contributing to website development projects. His professional journey includes significant tenure with the NHS as a First Line IT Support Technician, where he honed his problem-solving and technical support skills. He further expanded his expertise in the private sector, working with organizations including a games development company. Stefan is committed to leveraging his knowledge and expertise at F5 to uphold and enhance the exceptional service standards that customers trust and value.
Our team are carefully selected with a broad range of skills, meaning someone within the team is sure to have a headstart on even the most obscure of problem. We will never over-stretch our engineers, we recruit as we expand. We never sub-contract our key services. We live and die by the service we offer and we are not prepared to compromise on that service by using personnel that are not employed and trained by F5.
